Check-in is only possible on the first days of every month and the check out will be only possible at the end of the month (30 &31), if you book to check in & check-out on the first, mid, or last days of the month consider that you must pay the total monthly rate.
For the electricity & gas supplies that are not included in the property price, the payments must be made by direct deposit from a bank account to the service provider.
The cleaning fee must be covered for the tenant at check-out of the property, this fee will be deducted from the deposit.
