These rooms for rent on Calle Imperial, are simple yet cozy and conveniently close to downtown Seville. As you enter the building, you’ll find a gorgeous courtyard. The apartment is on a 3rd floor, which you can access using the stairs, as there is no elevator. You’ll come across the kitchen first, and although narrow, there is more than enough space. It doesn’t have an oven, but otherwise it’s equipped with everything you need, and it even has a washing machine. There are two bathrooms: the first with a shower stall, and the second with a bathtub. One of the best features you’ll appreciate is the spacious communal dining and living room. There are, in fact, two areas with sofas. One area has a TV, and the other has a 3-seat dining table and a second TV, as well as an A/C unit and a door to a long balcony, where you can get enjoy a view of the pretty courtyard below.
Seville is one of the oldest cities in Europe, and your apartment in Centro - Casco Antiguo is the oldest part of town. Within a 15-minute walk, you’ll come across the Alcázar, the Gothic Cathedral and the Museum of Flamenco Dance, and you’ll feel yourself slipping through time. Still, as ancient as this part of town may be, it’s firmly situated in modern times. You’ll be able to sip on an espresso just around the corner and .with a 10-minute walk, you’ll find a fresh produce market by the Metropol Parasol. Just down the street, you’ll find restaurants, taverns and even an ice-cream shop. However, whenever you get the chance, you’ll want to try out the tapas, because this area is known to have some exceptionally delicious dishes.
