The apartment has 5 super bright single bedrooms with big windows. The apartment has a living and dining area with open kitchen (which is quit unique in Munich). There are two bathrooms at each end of the apartment.

Firstly, please grab the following documents. You’ll need them in the next stage of your application, and you won’t be able to make a booking without them.
Landlords in Munich need proof of identity and proof of income to make an informed decision about who will be living in their property. Your documents will be securely stored in our database and only be seen by the landlord, never other tenants.

- Important: A prepayment of the last month along with the security deposit is paid to the landlord prior to check-in.
- No check in on weekends or bank holidays, please coordinate with the landlord!
- For all units in Germany, a membership fee of 150€ for one person, 225€ for two people (one-time payment) needs to be paid directly to the landlord prior to check in.
- Cleaning service: The shared spaces will be cleaned once every 2 weeks + a one-time purchase of linen is included in the room fee (towels, covers, pillow covers).
- Minimum age: 19 years

Please be aware that Spotahome is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible. Upon accepting the booking, you are required to pay one month's rent, which will cover your last month's rent. Once the booking is accepted, we will send you the contract with all the necessary details.

Move in
Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.
