The apartment is on the 3rd floor (due to an inner floor it’s technically the 4th floor, there's an elevator) therefore you’ll get great sunlight and a nice breeze. The apartment gives a lovely vibe!

Two bedrooms - one extra-large (16 SQM) spacious B/R with large double windows and wall to wall white wardrobe, the 2nd bedroom is a great size with a mezzanine. The two bedrooms are on opposite corners of the apartment, great for roommates looking to share with lots of privacy.

The front door is accessed by an outdoor walkway, which is lovely as it can be doubled as a balcony, it’s the last apartment so no one passes by your door and is very private.

A very quiet apartment as it’s set back from the one-way street (Dob utca) overlooking the courtyard and the Buda mountains. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby as well as some great garden restaurants to enjoy year-round.

Transportation is a breeze as you are walking distance to Deak Ferenc and the yellow line on Andrassy. You are also 3-4 minutes by foot from the Opera house and St. Stephen's Basilica. The airport bus is also only 3 minutes by foot.
