This shared interior apartment has five bedrooms available for rent. It's located on Calle Alcala, in the luxurious Salamanca district and just around the corner from a metro station. The tenants will be able to enjoy fully furnished bedrooms and take advantage of a large terrace, fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. This apartment is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy hot summer days on a terrace and have a metro station nearby for an easy access to other parts of Madrid. The neighborhood itself has a nearby park and plenty of shops and restaurants where you can enjoy some of the best Spanish dishes. The area of the apartment is 150 m² - it's very spacious!
What we liked the most
- All five bedrooms available for rent are fully furnished with everything you might need to ensure you have a comfortable stay in Madrid.
- We really like the large terrace! Perfect for barbecues and sunbathing in hot summer days.
- The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of cupboards and drawers - ready and set for you to make some delicious dishes.
- This apartment has two shared bathrooms - one only has a toilet while the other one is fully equipped with beautiful mirrors and a large bath.
- This area is very quiet, but you will still have easy access to the city centre and other parts of Madrid as the metro station is just a minute away from the apartment.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment doesn't have a living room, however, you will have access to a large terrace where you can enjoy spending time with your new flatmates.
- Please note that the landlord does not accept couples.
