A very well presented 47 sqm apartment featuring one bedroom, one bathroom and an open plan kitchen and living area. This apartment has the added advantage of having two additional single beds available in the living area. This exterior apartment is located in a beautiful old building which has been modernized while maintaining some of the attractive historical features. It enjoys of a fantastic location in Calle Limón, in the neighborhood of Albaicín, in the stunning old part of the city and within walking distance to the Alhambra. Paseo de los Tristes, a riverside walkway offering breathtaking views of the Alhambra is located a short walk away. And stunning Plaza Nueva, the oldest square in Granada surrounded by several important buildings such as the Royal Chancellery is 10 minutes away by foot.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is very charming and full of character, with beautiful terracotta floor tiles and high ceilings. We love the detail of the colourful stained glass windows in the living area.
- There are two single beds available in the living area, making this apartment a great option for families with children.
- There is a large dining table with eight chairs, perfect for hosting a dinner party or a big Sunday lunch with the family.
- The modern bathroom is large and fully equipped, including a bathtub.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen doesn't have an oven, but it is well-equipped with a great range of appliances and cooking utensils.
