This bright, spacious 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of the vibrant neighbourhood of Città Studi, is ideal for the University going student. Check this place out if you want to be close to all amenities and the University at once. Of the 3 rooms for rent, one is to be shared between 2 persons. All bedrooms are fully equipped with single beds, desks, storage space, shelving, wardrobes and large windows for natural lighting. The living area is equally luminous, and has a plush 5-seater couch. There is a dining table that can double as work space if need be. The bathroom is well maintained and also houses the washing machine. Peace and quiet is guaranteed as it is an interior apartment! The apartment is 100 sq m.

What we liked the most

  • The flat will be constantly bright in the day time because of the large windows that flood natural light through.
  • The living space is ideal for entertaining, with the large sofa and big table.
  • Being located in Città Studi, these rooms will be perfectly suitable for students.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with an oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and electric stove.

Things to keep in mind

  • The TV in the second bedroom belongs to the current tenant and will not be available when you move in.

BEDS for rent IN SHARED ROOMS: your request will be accepted only if the gender of the other roommate in the room is the same as yours, otherwise you will receive alternative options.

IMPORTANT: in case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 80€ for a room/bed in a shared apartment, 100€ for a studio and 160€ for one bedroom apartments.

The landlord admin fee is calculated according to the total contract value, therefore it will vary depending on the length of your stay.
