A 1-bedroom apartment with a balcony is available to rent in Città Studi, Milan. There is an open-plan kitchen and living area, which is modern, and bright, with big windowed doors leading on to the very large and attractive balcony. The kitchen has everything you might need, including an oven, a dishwasher, a stove, and plenty of cutlery and crockery for cooking. The whole apartment is very comfortably spacious and contemporary, and well furnished and equipped.
Milan's Città Studi neighbourhood is a quiet but well-connected part of the city. Surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops, locals have plenty to do here!
What we liked the most
- The entire apartment is interior, which means it will be peaceful and calm.
- We love the balcony, which is really large and shaded.
- Everything in the apartment is contemporary and stylish, from the kitchen to the bathroom.
- The air conditioning will be very welcome in the summer months.
