This 50 m² studio available to rent in the El Born district is perfect for an individual or couples. The studio's high ceilings and designer decor create a very stylish yet cozy home. The apartment comes furnished with a double bed, standalone wardrobe, dining table, and arm chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom is quite spacious.

El Born is trendy neighborhood, known for having something to offer everyone day or night. The apartment overlooks a square that is full of shops and is just a 2-minute walk to the closest metro stop. If you enjoy exercising outdoors, you also have the Ciutadella Park just a 6-minute walk away
