Acogedor apartamento recién reformado de 1 dormitorio en una planta baja. La espaciosa sala cuenta con sofá cama por si tienes algún invitado en la ciudad. El baño cuenta con plato de ducha doble.
Si quieres realizar alguna actividad deportiva matutina, cuentas con el parque El Retiro a menos de 5 min caminando. Tienes la estación Príncipe de Vergara a menos de 6 min (líneas 2 y 9). Cuenta también con múltiples restaurantes y bancos cercanos, inclusive un cine para tu tiempo de ocio a sólo 3 min. Se cobrará 70€ al momento de desocupar la vivienda para la limpieza.

Cozy newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment on a ground floor. The spacious room has a sofa bed in case you have a guest in the city. The bathroom has a double shower.
If you want to do some morning sports activity, you have El Retiro park less than 5 minutes walking. You have Prince of Vergara station less than 6 min (lines 2 and 9). It also has multiple restaurants and banks nearby, including a movie theater for your leisure time at just 3 min. 70€ will be charged at the check out because of the cleaning.
