Kitchen is equipped with: dish washer, cooking plate, oven and vacuum cleaner.

Bathroom is equipped with: shower, washing machine, big mirror, 2 cupboards

Every room is equipped with: bed (size: 120cmx205cm), wardrobe, bookcase and a desk with a chair.

Localization

There is a grocery shop nearby and a restaurant with fabulous local food. Much more of them are located 20 mins of tram/bus travel away, in the City Center.

Flat is well connected with city center. Public transport: 3 minutes from bus stop, 7 minutes to tram stop, 20 minut by bus to city center, 10 minutes from Metro. 3,7 km to Warsaw Central Station.

Parking: in front of the building parking spots are available

Additional payment for bills (cleaning shared space biweekly, electricity, internet, water, etc. - all covered): 50 euro
