I´m looking for a nice caring person or couple (non-smokers) to rent my 2 room, fully furnished and equipped apartment for 6 months from February 1st 2021. There may be a possibility to extend the lease. The flat is very centrally situated in the 6th district around the corner from the Maria-Hilfe Straße with its many shops and restaurants. It is only a short walk from all the museums and the lively 7th district. There are many busses, trams and train connections nearby. Rent:  €900  a month exclusive of electricity and gas but inclusive of water and internet. Deposit: There will be a deposit of two month´s rent. For periods of less than two months there will a charge of €1000 a month or €350 a week. The flat is 45 square meters. It has a hallway with a desk, living room and bedroom, small bathroom with washing machine and small kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed and the sitting room has a brand new bed/sofa with a good matrass. It is on the top floor, looks out over treetops and is light and very peaceful. There is wood parquet floor throughout.
