Large, sunny furnished room next to U2 Messe Prater (University of Economics)

We, Caroline (23, student), Me (26, working) and Nikita (4, Main Coon cat) are a cozy non-smoking flatmate and are looking for a clean, orderly and loving third roommate.

The apartment in the old building is 76m², very bright (tomorrow the sun will illuminate the room fully) and has a cosy communal kitchen as well as a bathroom with integrated toilet. The room itself is completely furnished and has 22 m². A bed, with bedclothes and two sheets, a desk with chair, wardrobe and two large and two small towels will be taken over against the deposit (see end of text) and will be returned if still intact, when you leave. The furnishing of your room will be slightly different then in you pictures, but still everything you need in a similar desing. The room itself is very bright, sunny, is also on the street, but still quiet. All household appliances (incl. vacuum cleaner robot, juicer, smoothie maker, waffle iron, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as all other household appliances) and a fully equipped kitchen are available for shared use.

The apartment is about 2 minutes walk from the U2 station Messe-Prater. In addition a Hofer(foodstore), Eurospar (foodstore), Billa (foodstore), Bipa (drugstore), chemist's and post office are only 1-5 walking minutes away. The immediate proximity to the Praterallee with 5 walking minutes and Donauinsel with 10 walking minutes invites you to take a leisurely walk, cycle or swim. The rent includes all running costs (electricity, gas, operating costs, internet, household insurance). In addition there is a deposit of 2 monthly rents to be paid.

If you are interested in the room, just write us a message.

We are looking forward to getting to know you.

Dana and Caroline :)
