Hello, I am Erica who live with my fiancé in Taito-ku, Tokyo.

We used to do airbnb and rent some rooms in our home for foreigners.

It’s because we love to meet new people from abroad and know their culture what we don’t know yet.

But, we need to quit since airbnb is regulated by government in the area of our home.

Now, we are looking for roommates who want to share home with us.

We have a private room for 2 ppl so far. 

Please see below about detail.

-Location: near by Asakusabashi most but you can walk to Akihabara also.

-Monthly Price: $600/person but if you guys are pair, it would be $1100 for both you two.

-Utilities included (electric/water/gas/wifi in home). 

It means...

All you don’t have to pay the followings which are charged normally if you live by yourself in Tokyo.

Water: 3000 YEN

Electricity: 10000YEN

Gas: 6000YEN

Wifi in Home: 7000YEN

Total: 26000YEN

Plus, you don’t have to buy daily necessities such as shampoo, conditioner, detergent. (Off course, kitchen appliances and washing/drying machine are included)
