25y Japanese woman: looking for a flat mate in Meguro

Hi, I’m Tina, a 25 year old Japanese woman, looking for a roommate (female only!) to share a flat in Meguro.

As I will be working in a certain area, I would like to rent a place in Meguro.

I haven’t moved into Tokyo yet, but I want to from this Nov - Dec.

I would like to share a flat with...

• A female (ideally around 20-35 years old)
• Eligible to live in Japan for more than 6 months- has Visa and/or a residential card
• can share a flat for minimum 6 months to a year or more
• can speak English fluently
• (no need to speak in Japanese as I’ve been in London for a couple of years, but if you want to learn Japanese, I am happy to help! *doesn’t mean that I speak English fluently, so would be great if you could teach me English!)
• has a good moral and is clean, tidy and generous
• loves coffee and tea
• no pets sorry
• no smoking/weed

Flat I am looking at is:

• 1Room or 1Room and Dining - depending on the rent
• rent price at maximum 70,000 per month including everything - we pay 35,000 each (ideally!) - this range is very limited so will be not very spacious but won’t be ridiculously tiny
• 10 minute walk from Meguro station
• **I can bring a washing machine, plates, tableware, fridge, microwave, etc etc... **

About me:

• Native Japanese, 25 years old, woman, got BA in Tokyo, MA in London.
• Previous job: researcher, now considering changing to consultant in a global firm.
• Love travel, films, fashion, London, Paris, Hong Kong,,,
• Don’t like coriander, smokers, otaku including amine, Japanese idol groups

Why I would like to share a flat:

• I am trying to go back to London in a few years (2-3 years?) and now building my career for that, and want to save some money
• I have been sharing a house in London, and I really loved that!
