22 year old boy looking for accommodation

Hello,
I am Nils, 22 years old boy from Germany and I am going to start studying psychology at Tilburg University in September. Therefore I am looking for accommodation - in a shareflat, a private studio or wherever.. I just want to live in a positive and homely atmosphere. 

Studying psychology in Germany is, because of my highschool grades, impossible for me. Thats why I will leave my beloved flat in Cologne after 2 years of working to discover new places, people and influences. 
I would describe myself as an open minded, thoughtful but critical person. I like to cook by myself, do some sports, enjoy the sun, being creative in many different directions and sleep until lunchtime. I'm a non smoker, but not totally anti-smoking.. we should just talk about this topic. I don't need a TV to kill my time - I am more into reading books, having a real  conversation or sitting on the windowsill for hours, observing random poeple walking by.
My biggest passion, beside the curiosity for all human beings, is music. I'm a DJ and producer of electronic music, which doesn't mean that I am loud!
Actually, as a tenant of your flat, I would be calm, clean, friendly and reliable.
