18 years old student (man) looking for a room/studio for accomodation in the Hague

I am an 18 yo male student looking for any sort of accomodation to auit my first year i to the Hague University of Applied Sciences, as you could imagine the ideal would be to have grocery shops and supermarkets as well as a close distance to the University, I am not looking for anything in particular. My budget is for about 800€/month including gas water and electricity
