My name is Nasrin, I’m a 36 yr old female and I own a fitness studio in Tehran.

I live in a large 3bedroom apartment in Mirdamad and would like to rent out the largest room for summer months. I travel alot and am hardly home so whoever rents the room would have the whole place to themselves for most of the time. 

The apartment is fully furnished to high standards and you will have full access to all. There is one shower and 2 seperate toilets. All rooms are very large with great views of Taleghani Park. The living room is as light as it can get with full length windows and eternal view of Northen Tehran.

The rent includes all bills.

PERFECT LOCATION: Located right on Najm Abadi Square, it’s one of the best spots in Mirdamad with few shops and restaurants down stairs which makes life a little easier. There’s only 2 mins walk to Mirdamad street and 4mins to Metro station.
