looking for a girl roommate

I already have a 3 bedroom apartment in tsereteli ( close to metro, bus stop , banks grocery etc ) where two of us girl students use two rooms .
It has common utility areas .
The third room is recently vacated and hence looking out for a kind and considerate girl having high regard to cleanliness ,tidiness, quietness and respect for one another. We girls keep to our own selves and would expect same from the third girl.
No drinking no smoking and no men allowed in the apartment only girls sometimes could be alright , if has to be.
No pets please
