Room in 2 bedroom house, right in front of Swansea Metropolitan University!

Big double room in two bedroom house with two living rooms, gas kitchen, toilet with bath and back garden. I'm leaving and I need someone to take over my rent during the Summer, so it will be a short term let (which is not very common around). It's very close to town and has nice views from the back garden over Swansea bay.
