Spacious and bright private town house in the most beautiful part of Seville. It is located in the historic centre of the city, with easy and quick access to everything, yet without any of the noise associated with living in the centre. The small shared kitchen is modern, clean and fully equipped. The shared, private roof terrace is large, unfurnished and open. It is suitable for morning yoga, meditation or sun bathing. The apartment has two bathrooms with shower, of which one is shared.
This is the perfect place if you want to have a peaceful home base for working, doing research, writing or studying. It is also great for exploring the area.
The neighbourhood is quiet with many charming local cafés, restaurants and beautiful shops around the corner. An large grocery store is located across the street. It has a large and excellent selection fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, seafood, fish, plus a good selection of organic/bio/vegan products. It is open 10-22, and is closed on Sundays. There are also a couple of low price food stores.
This apartment has one of the best locations the city has to offer. The host has many five-star scores from earlier guests. Distances by foot: Plaza Nueva (tram station) 2 min, cathedral 5 min, the best shopping streets Sierpes and Tetuán 1 min, supermarket 1 min. In 15 minutes, you can reach the Guadalquivir river with its panoramic walking, running and biking paths.

"The house is superb. The Rectangular Room has a big soft bed, chairs, heater, lights, writing desk, a clothes rack, and a one-person comfy sofa chair. All in one large long room. Good natural light, which you can also block out with blinds. The bathroom is in the hallway and is for you and also for guests who visit the host occasionally. It has a toilet, basin with vanity cupboards, a stand up shower and no bath tub. It’s new and clean and everything works. There is a vacuum cleaner if you need to clean your room or help out cleaning the common areas. In general, the house is very clean. It is awesome, well lit, spacious, safe, and all equipment functions well. The location is perfect, right in the centre near shops. Generally, there is no noise.
