20 year old student from Vienna, looking for acommandation in Santiago de Chile

Dear future room mates,

my name is Lukas Sembera, I am from Vienna, Austria and I search a shared flat from 20th July until the end of decembre. I already have the confirmation that I will study during an exchange program for half an year at the "Universidad de los Andes" in Santiago Business.

What I would like that my shared flat has:
First of all it should be with in an hour in reach with public transportation services of my University.
Secondly I would like to share the flat with other students.
Lastly if possible it should not be completely at the city boundary. It would be nice, if it is an area that is safe and where you have cool possiblities to go out at night.

Who I am:
Like already mentioned, I´m 20 years old, I speak fluently english, german (obviously) and spanish. As long as you speak slowly with me in spanish I can understand most and I am confident that I will quickly make progress. 
I love travelling. From May 2017 to August 2017 I was for example in Centralamerica (CR, NIC, HOND, SALV) and I am planning to travel a lot in Chile aswell. 
I like to party and to go out for a beer from time to time. I love football, but I also do a lot of different sorts of sport, such as snowboarding, mountain biking... Actually nearly everthing except for tennis and golf. 
In general I am a very social person, that is always likes to meet new people.
I always smoke for a few months, then I stop and I say to myself never again and then I start I again. So I can´t say if I will smoke there. :D
