UN's WFP Intern looking for 2 months accommodation in Testaccio Rome

I will be coming to Rome in late July as a WFP intern and am looking for accomodations in Testaccio near transportation (easily accessible to the WFP HQ) and also near restaurants, coffee shops, and shops. I prefer a young community with friendly neighbors.
I would like to have an italian roommate or someone who speaks Italian so I can start to learn the language. But this is not a must as long as you are cool and friendly. I am excited to learn as much about the culture while I am there and will enjoy exploring the city!
I love good music, live concerts, rock climbing, and just being outside. I am excited to meet new people and make new friends in Rome, but just need an apartment!
