I am renting a bright room (14m2) with a private cloak room in a stylish apartment. The flat is fully furnished (sofas, a dining table, chairs, a bar table, bar chairs, …) and comes with a lot of equipment (a washing machine, a drier, a dishwasher, a fridge, a microwave, a vacuum cleaner, and many others).

The entire apartment has over 170m2 out of which around 100m2 is shared area such as a living room, a kitchen, a terrace, a large bathroom and 2 toilets. Your flatmates will be young people around 23Y.

The flat is located in Prague 1 between Wenceslas Square and Charles Square in Downtown. All metro lines and around 85 % of all tram lines are in walking distance between 2 to 7 mins.

The rent is 13.650 (535 EUR) plus 2.400 (94 EUR) bill. Security deposit, and commission are one month rent each. If agreed in advance, it is possible to pay with EUR as well. All documents for VISA (non-EU) and foreign police (EU) can be provided.
