We offer a beautiful room in shared apartments at Prague 5, at the border of Smíchov and Malá Strana. 

The whole building and all apartments are newly reconstructed.
Apartments and rooms a fully furnished and equipped, with cutleries, plates, cooking equipment, microwave, stove, dishwasher. Spacious kitchen, 1 full bathroom, and one extra toilet.  

Price includes as well wifi, fitness (in the building), cleaning of the common area of the apartment(kitchen and bathrooms) once a week. Spacious terrace in the courtyard.
Self-service paid laundry with big washing and drying machines is available in the building. 

Connection to the center - 5 min to Andel and Narodni, tram station just 1 min from the building. A few meters from the funicular to the Petřín. Just next to the Kinskeho garden park.

We require one month rent as a deposit and provide a rental contract.
