Cozy, nice and sunny room in central Oporto

The house has two single rooms to rent for women student. Each room (11 square meters) have single bed, study table, two chairs, wardrobe, chest of drawers and window to the outside. This two bedrooms shared an exclusive bathroom with window. 

Water, electricity and Wi-Fi are included in the rent.    

The house is sunny, with good views. It’s next to Marquês metro station (line D) that will connect you connects directly to the Polo Universitário or to the center of Porto and other Metro lines or train. There are also Bus stop that connect the whole city and a lot of supermarkets, stores restaurantes, coffees.  

Common spaces: living room + kitchen. Guests can use the refrigerator, electric plate, microwave. They also can used the clothes machine once a week. I provide the bed sheets, the bath towels and oil heater to the room; some tablewear and pots. Smoking can be allowed but only by the window in the kitchen.  

Each guest is responsible for cleaning their room. The commom parts are cleaned weekly. 

Access to the 3rd floor is done by stairs. Family and friendly atmosfere: I live here with my son (13 years) in a separate space. We speak english and french and we like people with good vibes, educated and cleanliness.
