Price changes in double rooms.

During winter there is aircondition and the possibility of electric (warm) matress.

Tei university is about 7minutes far from our house by foot. Restaurants, super markets, cafes are around the house. Bus stop which takes you to the center, is at the 20m far from our house.

For the students who study at the University of Rio Patras, you can easily go there by bus.
