Our collaborator is a fast growing company providing service for pet owners. They are looking for Customer Relations Management intern who will have responsibility and impact on the customers’ activities from day one. Joining the program helps the intern improve their skills and as well gain valuable experience in real business life to be a successful problem solver in the future.

Tasks:

- Deal with the customers via phone, chat or email

- Identify customer needs

- Contribute to customer service

- Additional tasks depending on certain skills and preferences

- Strong oral communication skills
