Room to rent, Paris 15e

Hello there !

I'm looking for a female roomate to rent a room in my appartment in Paris, starting the 1st of May 2021 until the end of August / beginning of September 2021.

The place is in the souht of the 15th arrondissement, a safe and quiet neighbourhood full of families and students, near the metro (lignes 8 Boucicaut/Félix Faure and 12 Convention) and lots of buses. We have two rooms (one is mine), a kitchen which is the common area, bathroom and toilets. As you can see in the photos, the room to rent has a convertible sofa into a two-places bed, a large cupboard, a desk, big shelves, a fire place (not usable) and a mirror. The room comes with bed sheets, towels, all sorts of accomodation you might need.

The kitchen is fully equiped, with a fridge, oven, cupboards, table, sink and washing machine for clothes. Same goes for the bathroom that has a bath/shower, mirror and bathroom sink. 

The room is 850/month, charges and wifi are included in the price.

As for me, I am a 22 years old born in Paris student of Art History in my last year at l'Ecole du Louvre. I am a culture and music addict, and so are my friends. I am friendly and open-minded. I'm finishing my studies, with a memoire on science of museums and an internship in an museum of contemporary art. I have been living in this appartment for the past 4 years, with 6 different roomates coming for Erasmus and all over the world.
