26 year old student looking for a nice place to stay

i´m outgoing and easy to live with. I like to go out and explore the city and the nightlife. but i also like to read a book or watch tv. I like to go to the gym and do some exercise.
I´m clean and already lived in a shared apartement which was great. I like to cook together but if someone needs his/her space that´s alright with me.
During my stay i will have visitors from germany so it has to be ok to have some friends over.
I hope to find a roommate or roommates who are easy-going as well and like to meet new people.
