Looking for an Appartment/room

Hi!
I'm Johnny, a french-portuguese student (currently studying at ESSEC in Paris), I'm 25 years old and I'm looking for an apartment/room to rent during my exchange semester at UQAM (from September 1st to end of December), if possible, not too far from the university.
I would say that I'm a calm easy going person, respectful and open-minded who loves to travel and to learn about other cultures :)
I speak french, portuguese, english and spanish.
I guess I'm just looking for someone respectful and calm.
