Looking for a female roommate to share apartment with downtown Montreal

Hello everyone :) 

I am currently searching for a female roommate who would be willing to share an apartment with me.

Whether it be someone who already lives in an apartment ..... or one who is still searching for a roommate (reach out to me and we can find something decent together!). I am open to both options.

My preference is for the apartment to be located within the downtown radius, since i'd like to be situated near my college.

I am a clean and organized person, and would love to have a roommate that shares the same qualities in terms of being neat and hygenic. 

My max budget-wise is $800-$850 CAD.
