Why did you choose to go to Milan, Italy?

i was born in Milano so i wanted to know more about the city

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

i was 6 month in Milano and no money, i just pay the university in chile and not in milano but thats it. I pay the flights the rooms, everything.

What is the student lifestyle like in Milan?

Is the best, so much to do, Milano is not a place to go as a tourist, is a place for leaving, son much events and party and nice people

Would you recommend the city and the University of Milan to other students?

Absolutely

What is the food like?

Italian food....... what do you mean?
If you are near Cadorna metro station, in via Magenta is a little restaurant called SANTIS, best panini place ever.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Milan?

so much. Is really expensive, but if you have money you are okay haha.
there is a lot of students residence thought. and the best way i think is first an hostal and then looking in the city. There are many people who will try to cheat, so be careful, never rent a place without seen it before!

How much does it cost to live in Milan?

if you want to leave alone, a monolocale, just for you is like 700 euros the month, but renting a room from someone you can find at 500 euros, even 400 if you are far from the center, the center is the most expensive.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

i think yes, but because i talk Spanish, and is very similar, but yes, you can learn it very easy if you have someone to talk with though. go and make italian friends!
In the university you have classes but you have to pay, near Porta Genova metro station, you can find free classes which gives the state, look for that.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Milan?

aperitivo in navigli is always good, or Alcatraz for a party hard. near university Rollover, something like that

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Milan?

SANTIS!
