Starting from the beginning of Septmber 2019 a room in an apartment completely renovated is available for rent to students who want to share the flat.

It consists of three large, bright and silent rooms (two with balcony), a kitchen fully equipped (microwave and washing machine included) and a bathroom.

Each room has a bed, a big wardrobe, shelves for books, a desk with chair and an armchair.

The flat is 5 minutes walk from the Yellow Underground Maciachini (6 stops from Piazza del Duomo and 3 stops from Central Station) and the Passante Ferroviario Lancetti (1 stop from Politecnico Bovisa).

There are also many buses (a circle line 24 h ) . At 3 minutes distance, there are a big supermarket and many shops, but the building is located in a small private and very quiet street. Just around the corner there is also a park.

The rate is 580 euros all included (heating, water , utilities, taxes) per room and per person.

Rooms are to rent in an 80 m², 3-bedroom apartment in Maciachini in Milan. The apartment is spacious and bright with lots of natural light thanks to the full-length windows. It is fully furnished and the kitchen also has a dining table so you can enjoy meals with friends or flatmates.

Dergano is a popular student neighbourhood on the northern side of the city but the apartment is also situated on the border of Zona Farini. This area is home to Alcatraz, a well-known music venue and a host of many music concerts, fashion shows, conferences among other things. Also close to the property is Parco Nicolò Savarino, perfect for afternoon strolls. Moreover there are two undergrounds: the Yellow line and Passante Ferroviario. A few stops and you are in Piazza del Duomo and one stop you are at Politecnico Bovisa. A couple of stops and you can commute to other underground lines.
