• The studio is painted with a nice shade of orange that creates a nice ambiance. Mixed together with the high ceiling and huge windows, it creates an artistic and comforting space for tenants.
• Though a studio, the apartment offers ample room for occupants to move around freely. It also uses the available space efficiently by using a lofted bed.
• The apartment has plenty of storage space.
• There are various transportation lines (metro and tram) within a 5 minute walk, allowing tenants to access other parts of Milan with ease.
• The Parco Sempione is a mere 3 minute walk. Imagine having the best of nature and city life right at your doorsteps!
• The studio has A/C to keep tenants nice and cool during the summer. There's central heating for those cold winter months!

Things to keep in mind

• You won't find an oven in the kitchen, but there is a 2-plate stove and a microwave to cook your meals.

Transportation

Metro station Moscova (line 2) is a 2 minute walk. Tram lines 2, 4, 12, and 14 are a 3 minute walk.
