Furnished double bedroom available in Failsworth, Greater Manchester.

We are a young professional couple (28 and 26) with a spare room which we are looking to rent out. The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and drawers.

The room also comes with access to a shared kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, study, front and rear gardens and out-buildings.

The house is a short walk from major bus and metrolink routes (connected to Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale, etc), and close to an M60 junction for commuting by car. Local amenities, including shops, doctors and library are all within a ten minute walk.

We are both vegan and would ideally likely to live with another vegetarian or vegan, but we are open to all requests.

The house is non-smoking.

We live with two rabbits, who live indoors, please enquire if you have any allergies or any other animals.

The room is £300 pcm including bills (£350 for a couple).
