Two music students looking for an apartment in Malmö

Two exchange students from Finland looking for an apartment!
We are coming to study in Malmö Academy of Music for academic year 2016-2017, and are looking for an suitable apartment for two friends (not a couple). The aparment should preferably be fully or partially furnished.

We are both 26-year-old non-smokers and neither of us has any pets. Monthly payment is guaranteed, since we both have a grant from Finnish government for our studies and another grant from Erasmus for exchange students. We are both music students, but we don't bring any instruments to the apartment, since the school provides us with sufficient conditions for practicing.

Our studies start August 22nd, and we are coming to Malmö during the weekend before it. Most suitable for us would be a contract from the halfway of August on, but we can also make other living arrangements until the beginning of September and move in September 1st. We are living in Malmö until end of June 2017, but we are also interested in shorter rental periods.

Unfortunately we can not come to Malmö for an interview, but that can be arranged via video or phone.
