26 year old guy, looking for a place to stay in Lund

Right now I am studying mechanical engineering in Aachen, Germany and I am planning on attending Lund University as an exchange student during the fall semester. For that, I am looking for a place to stay from August to January. A room in a shared appartment, a small flat, as long as one can reach the university in a reasonable amount of time, I would be happy :) A bit of furniture and a kitchen would be a nice bonus, but is not a must. A bit about myself: I am 26 years old, currently studying for my Master's Degree and been sharing an appartment with two of my friends. I would describe myself as a tidy and calm person, and as we actually endured 5 years together, probably a good neighbour aswell. My hobbies are reading, photography and a bit of hiking; don't worry, no e-guitars to annoy you or the neighbours. Although musically adept neighbours would certainly be interesting :) My first language is actually Russian, German being my second and English my third. Swedish is on my to-do-list after arriving in Sweden :) While I am not exactly a party-animal, I do enjoy company and meeting new people, which is one of the many reasons for me to go to Sweden.So if you have an offer for me, or you know somebody who knows somebody who knows someone who might have a free room for rent, I would be delighted to hear from you.
