I offer for rent a comfortable, furnished room in a private big house about 500 m2 at Bałut.The room has private texclusive terrace.Whole building is for rent.

The room is rented in apartment with an area of 110 m2 WITHOUT OWNER.

 The whole apartment recently after a renovation.

The building is located in north part oh the city,but  with very good communications to the center,about 10 minute by tram. Tram stop is near the house.

Close to the faculties of the University of Lodz,Medical University, University of Technology.

2. APARTMENT newly renovated, ALL is new

if you do not like sleeping on a used mattress, use the old stoves, refrigerators and spray ... we believe that it is not cool .... and so everything is new and fragrant

3.APARTMENT  Is WHOLE reserved for rental

No owner lives with you, no embarrassment. All media city, no problems with the heating or hot water.

4.ROOMS INDEPENDENT lockable
