We offer our beautiful two-room apartment directly on the Karli (Karl-Liebknecht-Str.) For sublease in the period from 01.01.2019 to 16.08.2019.

Our apartment is located in the beautiful Südvorstadt. The Südvorstadt is also known as the student quarter and pub district. Clara Park can also be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

The apartment is located directly on the Südplatz, which is only 3 stops by tram from the city center. The apartment is located in a renovated old building and is of high quality with parquet in the living area and underfloor heating and tiles in the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a fitted kitchen.

Furthermore, there is a cellar for parking bicycles or simply to assume any things. The apartment is fully furnished and fully equipped. To use we would like you next to the fitted kitchen including dishwasher and fridge with large freezer, stove and oven and especially to mention our bar, TV incl. Blu-Ray Player, Internet, sofa bed, ultra comfortable bed, built-in wardrobe , Desk and of course in the bathroom the washing machine.

Our balcony invites especially in summer to a nice glass of wine or a breakfast in the sun, as it has a south orientation.
