nice apartment between the university of Technology and main railway station (discount in summer: July and August)

My place is warm and already fully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped (cooker, grill, microwave oven, fridge, oven, wide washbasin, washing machine, all kitchen tools etc. etc.). There is a free parking! The entire apartment is around 40 m2.

The tenants can get a PLAY STATION (upon previous request).

The apartment is in a two-story, historic building of the city, like mostly of buildings located near the historic center of Krakow. Around the city's location we can find numerous services of interest such as: a hospital, MSWIA, a gas station, a park (park Kleparski), a Biedronka supermarket or a gym. The place is very close as well to many universities such as Politechnika Krakowska (Cracow university of Technology).
This area of Krakow has the characteristics of a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of tourists in the old city but with the proximity of it. 1 km or 15 minutes from the city center. Counting with numerous services necessary for the day to day.
The apartment is about 1 kilometer, (14 minutes walk) from the Old Town. The place is only 2 minutes walk from the tram stop "Dworzec Towarowy" (from this tram stop you can get the to the main railway station in 4 minutes).

The big shopping mall Galeria Krakowska is about 6 minute (2 minutes walk + 4 minutes tram).
