A relax room close to the city center :)

We called this room "a relax room" because of a large pouffe that you can use to sit comfortably or work. It is a bright room equipped with a wooden bed (90×200 cm), a table (100×70 cm), 2 chairs (a swiveling chair and a traditional chair), a wardrobe and a bookcase. All the equipment is in bright colors and the walls are painted white. The surface of the room is 12,5 m2, but if it will be not enough for you, you can use also a common room that will be just behind your door. The door has a lock so you can close your room for the time of your absence. From your window, you will see the upper part of the Old City buildings – the towers of St. Mary’s Church and Town Hall Tower.

Additional information:

Deposit (340 EUR) should be paid on your arrival and on your departure should be paid 20 EUR as a cleaning fee

The towels and bed linen can be provided on your request with no additional fees but please let me know about it before.

The date and time of your arrival and departure can be negotiated.

Kids and pets are also welcome but please, contact me before.

And the last but not the latest - you are not allowed to smoke; neither in the apartment (in any part of it) nor in the staircase.

Descriptions and images of two other rooms are available on room 1, room 3

If you have any further questions, do not hesitate to ask. :)

About the apartment:

I would like to invite you to my apartment that can be your home during your stay in Cracow. The total surface of the flat is 67 m2 and it consists of 4 rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, a separate toilet, and a hall. One room is located exactly in front of the main entrance and it is separated from the rest of the flat by a hall, so it will be a perfect place for all who need a quiet place to work. The other two rooms (that will be also rented to the international students) are located behind the kitchen and one more room that can be used by all Guests living in the flat. Maximum 3 people will stay in the apartment at the same time. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker and an oven, two fridges, a sink, numerous cupboards, a table, and three chairs. There are also dishes, cups, and cutlery, as well as an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a blender. In the flat, there is also a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, an iron with an ironing board, and a dryer to hang laundry on it. There is a high-speed Internet connection. The windows are soundproof so the flat is quiet even if downstairs is a busy street. The floors are covered with parquet and carpets except for this room where are floor panels. The flat is located on the last - 5th - floor, in the building with no lift. It is separated from the staircase by an additional corridor.

Location:

The flat is located 2-3 mins walk to the bus stop “Grottgera”, so you will have good transport links with most important universities in the city, e.g. UJ (Jagiellonian University), AGH (University of Science and Technology), UR (University of Agriculture) and other places, e.g. the Jagiellonian University Library, the National Museum in Cracow and shopping malls. Here is also a bus that will take you directly to the John Paul II Airport (Kraków-Balice). In the close neighborhood (2-3 mins walk) you will find several shops where you can buy not only basic alimentary but also bio and organic products. There is also a post office, several pharmacies, bakeries and places where you can dine out (e.g. sushi restaurant). Only 5-7 mins walk there is a market where you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, cheese, etc. In a few mins you can reach the park and in around 15 mins you will be in the city center, on the Main Square.
