The size of the flat is around 32 m2. My place is a cozy studio-apartment located in the most trendy district in Krakow. The apartment just 1 minute walk from the famous area Dolny Młyny http://dolnemlyny.pl/.

The place is just 3 minutes walk from the tram/bus stop.

The place is perfect for a couple or 1 person.

water around 80 PLN per person monthly
electricity upon consumption
gas upon consumption
internet 60 PLN monthly
garbage 25 PLN per person monthly
heating upon consumption

the amount of building/council fees changes periodically



Additional services:

There is the possibility to get a bicycle (if still available, extra deal only upon previous request).

The tenants can choose an option all inclusive for the monthly rent (all bills included in one monthly price).

There is a cleaning service once per week (free service, price included in the bills if the tenants choose the option all inclusive). If the tenant(s) don't want the cleaning service the amount is deducted and bills are lower.

The service is optional.

There is a bed linens-rent service (more info ask the Lessor). The service is upon previous request.
