There is a large pine wood opposite the house. In the garden there is a circle-shaped fireplace, herbs and ginkgo trees for your invigorating tea, 3 barbecue places, sun beds and umbrellas. A separate venue built according to Active House principles is used for coworking, strategic sessions, trainings and events for up to 50 guests. There is an open-air gym on site and a large well-kept park in 200 m from the house.  

We maintain impeccable cleanliness and silence for mindful recreation or concentrated thinking. There is a 14+ age rule. We love kids and apologize for the age limitation to our guests.

We are an active family with teenage kids residing on the 4th floor of the house. Lena a marketing consultant and Andrey is a business development expert. Hospitality is our hobby. Cool people, architecture and design fill our life with new impressions.

Irpin' is a resort town in pine woods in 10 km from Kyiv. We are located in a quiet area with easy access to the main route to Kyiv. You'll find cafes, supermarkets, a neat park with bicycle/ski rent and a gym within a 3-min walk. The town is often called an inspiration place, since a lot of famous writers and artists used to come here for artistic retreats. There's a river in 2 km and a lake in 5 km from the house.
