Sunny room with a private balcony in Izmir city center

Hey people! I am renting one of the rooms in my flat.

The flat is in Balçova district, it takes 10 mins to F. Altay subway station and 5 mins to agora mall.

The room has a private balcony. Kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared places and there is also one additional balcony in the living room.

The rent is130 euro per month.

Here is about me: I am Deniz Yavru, 24 years old, studying engineering at Izmir Institute of Technology, did my erasmus in Poland and Germany. You can find me on social media as well.
