looking for a rent contract.

Hello. So I got into Innsbruck University. I need to apply for the visa in October, but they have a stupid requirement which is that I need to have a year's worth of rent contract or just somebody to write a letter that they'll take care of me in their house for at least a year. So I don't care what kind of accomodation you have, as long as you're ready to get contacted by the Austrian embassy in Turkey and say yeah I will let her stay here for a year etc. 

Obviously it doesn't really have to be like that, if you don't really need a stranger in your house or if I don't like it. It's just to get the visa. Willing to pay for it :)

Move in date can be anytime from November onwards
