Helping us with finding accommodation

Dear Friends,
I am a PhD student in Utreecht, Netherlands. In order to pass a training period, one month, in Innsbruck Hospital with my wife we have to spend one month from 25 of September to 25 of October, 2017. This has been a long while that we are looking for a private place however we didnot succeed. We are looking for a private studio, flat, or apartment, furnished, inclusive, 10 minutes away by bike from the city center, and our budget is up to 800 euros per month.
We are desperately looking for a place to stay.
