Freshman student looking for accomodations

My name is Mihaela and aI Iwill be a freshman at MCI starting from October 2019. I am social, positive and would like some company while stayng there. I am looking for someone that can offer me a place to stay at for a longer period of time (at least 1 year). I am looking for someone friendly that won't be afraid to spend some time with me. One thing I would consider is that the room has to be furnished and all the accomodations included in the original price which I would like to be beneath 500€. If you have anything to offer then I would gladly listen.
