Canadian (and French) guy looking for a flat!

Hi! I just came back from a one year internship at Apple in the San Francisco bay area.
I am a 38 years old PhD Student from Aalto University (Helsinki, Finland) in acoustics and audio signal processing.
I am currently looking for a housing accommodation for myself of at least for one month starting December 15th 2016.
I can pay the rent for the full period in advance the case being.
I typically leave at 7h00 AM in the morning and be back after 7h00 PM.
I have an experience of living in 5 different shared apartments in Canada (where I grew up) and France (where I worked recently). I am clean and tend keep our things in my room.. I am easy going, sociable and respect other people’s space. I don’t mind noise but respect those that are bothered by it… I don’t smoke and have no pets.
I like to go out for a beer, have a good laugh. I like to play guitar and surf… Amongst other things…
I can drop by to visit the flat and have a chat to see if things click.
