28 y old looking for roommate or shared flat in Helsinki

 I am 28 y old cameroonian-barbadian  from Kajaani moving to Helsinki for a 1 year course. I am an easy-going, sociable  fun-loving  person.  I am a firness/sport maniac. I am currently a partime strength and conditioning trainer for a local football team as well as personal trainer. I like athletics, football, boxing and more. My mother tongue is English, I also speak French, Spanish and some basic German and finish. I like clubbing.

Basicly I am looking for a fairly  spacious and  fancy flat close to Helsinki central railways station or not too far therefrom, with not more than three occupants including myself.

My ideal roommate would be someone clean, really neat, sociable, respectful, polite, open-minded and not too young (ideally 24+).I do not like too frequent visits and noise.
